At Elite Auto Tuning NI, we offer a professional de-coke procedure that utilizes walnut shells to effectively remove carbon build-up from the engine inlet chamber and inlet valves.

We use the same Walnut Shell Blasting kit as BMW/MINI main dealers

Walnut blasting cleans the intake tract and valves without the need to remove and strip the complete cylinder head to allow the valves to soak in a cleaning solution and manually clean them. An expensive job that would have taken up to 24 hrs.

 

The blasting tool works using pressurised air to inject fine walnut shells into the intake tract, the walnut shells attack the carbon at high speed removing it completely without causing any damage or negative effects to the engine.
